The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.
